Agreement employees should keep an eye on the mail in late September for their open enrollment package. The package contains details about current benefit coverage elections and actions needed to complete enrollment for the 2023 plan year. Keep this package nearby when accessing the online enrollment website.

To enroll, opt out of your medical benefits, or change your medical or FSA benefit selections for 2023, complete the following steps between Oct. 1 and midnight Oct. 31, 2022:

  1. Visit Your Track to Health
    • If you already registered, select ‘Login’ in the page’s upper right-hand corner, and enter your username and password.
    • If you have not yet registered, select ‘Register’ in the page’s upper right-hand corner and complete your registration.
  2. Don’t forget to update your emergency contact information in Union Pacific’s computer system (SAP).
  3. Update your beneficiaries by visiting MetLife’s website for life insurance and Vanguard’s website for 401(k). You can find information for both on our Employees site on the Agreement Employee Resource Guide webpage.

Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Insurance annual open enrollment is also from Oct. 1-31.
