Brothers and Sisters,

Please provide via email the following information regarding any crew being ordered by UP to utilize UBER for transportation. Submission should be made as soon as possible after trip.

Items include:
no fire extinguisher, no first aid kit, no vehicle safety inspection badge, passenger compartment too small to maintain social distancing, multiple occupants, trunk- creating difficulty properly stowing gear for trip, alertness and fitness of driver to safely drive, distracted driving, speeding, recklessness, condition and sanitation of vehicle, heat/AC issues or any other items you feel made an unsafe trip.

ALWAYS INCLUDE: date, time, manager’s name, crew id, train id, from location, to location and details regarding the above listed items.
