Bids are now being accepted, and bidding will close on 06/09/25 at 2359, for the locations and boards contained in the signed 11-4 BLET CNW CFT Work Rest Memorandum of Agreement (05/02/2025). The current extra boards that will be maintained are ZA018 and NZ021 under the current CNW scheduled rules and pay scale.
Locations and number of work groups are as follows:
NZ021 XE55 – Work Groups A through O – Forty (40) positions, (3) in 10 groups, and (2) in 5 groups.
ZA018 XE65 – Work Groups A through O – Twenty- three (23) positions, (2) in 8 groups, and (1) in 7 groups
Also available are 2025 and 2026 11/4 calendars for each work group that you can use to help decide your bid preferences. All this information is available at 11-4.org. You can also download the bid sheet from the website provided. We will provide bid-sheets at both yard locations. Email your bids to Local Chairman, if you need additional call any of the Local Chairmen for help.
This Information will also be posted at all our on-duty locations and if needed you can call any of the Local Committee with questions you may have about this agreement and bidding/awarding process.
